A  two year community planning effort to establish a ‘base-line’ GIS data system that is easily updated and kept current; accessible to Community Based Organization’s (CBO’s) to monitor development and aid in analysis of land use issues for new developments and engage the community through a series of workshops about the planning process, develop community residents to be the ‘ resident planners’.
