Leap hosts a spirited competition between teams of architects, designers, contractors, corporations, engineers and local elementary school students each October on Ocean Beach. I have led the design process with the students as well as serving as the build day project manager, I have directed our teams to finish consistently in the top 5 out of 20+ teams annually.
